Meeting 2012

In line with aims of establishment, Elginkan Foundation has schools build; internal equipment and furbishing installed, and donates these schools to the National Education and puts into service of future generations.

Foundation had Cahit Elginkan Anatolian High School and Ümraniye Mediha Tansel Elginkan Foundation Kindergarten Building build in 2005, Maltepe E.C.A. Elginkan Anatolian High School in 2008, Küçükyalı E.C.A. Elginkan Primary School in 2010, completed their furbishing and landscape and donated to the Ministry of National Education. Moreover, it had Ekrem Elginkan High School build in İstanbul in 2006 and donated it to İstanbul Technical University Rectorate.

A "MEETING" was organized under the name of "Elginkan Foundation Schools Day" in April 21 2012 Saturday in İTÜ Süleyman Demirel Cultural Centre in order to introduce the Community culture reflecting on Foundation purposes to schools, for schools to get to know each other and establish a warm bond.

Students of all our schools, parents, principals and managers of the Elginkan Foundation participated in the activity.

Within the scope of the activity, Yücel Feyzioğlu, winner of the Elginkan Foundation 2011 Turkish Culture Research Award, also gave a speech.

"MEETING", which included social activities exhibited through great efforts and contributions of our schools, was organized with great joy.
