Elginkan Schools

Elginkan Foundation has school buildings required by our Country built and donates them to the Ministry of National Education by providing all their equipment within the frame of educational support activities carried out in line with purposes of the Foundation.

Schools donated to educational community by our foundation are İzmit Cahit Elginkan Anatolian High School (2005), İTÜ Ekrem Elginkan High School (2005), Ümraniye Elginkan foundation Kindergarten Building (2005), İzmit Ahmet Elginkan Vocational and Technical Training Centre (2006), E.C.A. Elginkan Anatolian High School (2010) and Ümmehan Elginkan Girl's dormitory and Dining Hall Building (2012), respectively.

İzmit Cahit Elginkan Anatolian High School, was opened to education in September 21 2005 with the participation of the Primary Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.In the school, which achieved significant success in university entrance exam, there are 24 classrooms, indoor sports hall, a library, 8 laboratories, computer, painting, music rooms, and dining hall and canteen building.

İTÜ Ekrem Elginkan High School, is built next to the current kindergarten and primary school in İstanbul Technical University Ayazağa Campus and provides education at private high school status. There 16 classrooms, 8 laboratories and workshops, multi-purpose hall, guidance and club rooms, management and service sections in the school.

Ümraniye Elginkan Vakfı Kindergarten Building, is a kindergarten building composed of 2 classrooms, and furnishing of the kitchen and dining room and arrangement of school environment was performed by our Foundation.

E.C.A. Elginkan Anatolian High School, has become one of the biggest high schools of Turkey with 40 classrooms, 14 laboratories and a student capacity of 1200. Our Foundation has had equipment of all laboratories, classrooms, administrative units and general places built.

It has become one of the biggest high schools of Turkey with 40 classrooms, 14 laboratories and a student capacity of 1200. The school was opened to education in September 12 2008 with the participation of the Minister of National Education Hüseyin Çelik.

E.C.A. Elginkan Primary School, is a school that has 32 classrooms and a capacity of 1152 students in a single schooling, and there are is a 3 classroom kindergarten section composed of 1 activity room, 1 kitchen and shared area within these classrooms.

E.C.A. Elginkan Primary School is composed of private education class, conference hall, multi-purpose hall, technology design class, computer laboratory, science laboratory, painting and music classrooms, gymnastics room, study project room, handcraft classroom, library and administrative units.

E.C.A. Elginkan Primary School was opened in October 2014 2010 with the participation of the Governor of İstanbul Hüseyin Avni Mutlu with its furnishingand environmental planning performed.

Ümmehan Elginkan Girl's dormitory and Dining Hall Building in the Garden of Atatürk Science High School:  Ümmehan Elginkan Girl's Dormitory has a capacity of 200 students and has a closed area of 2.500 m2 composed of student rooms, computer hall, TV hall and administrative units. Dining hall will serve the entire school, has a capacity of 240 persons and is composed of a closed area of 500 m2. All equipment of the dormitory is completed, and the dormitory was opened to use in 17.09.2012.
